CTI Staffing is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to find a Jr. Windows Systems Administrator for their IT team based in Plantation, FL (onsite).
This team keeps day-to-day Windows infrastructure running smoothly — from server administration to Active Directory to end-user support — and is looking for someone ready to grow into more ownership over time.
What You'll Do
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, and Group Policy
- Support DNS/DHCP configuration and troubleshooting
- Provide desktop-level support for Windows 10/11 endpoints
- Assist with Office 365 and Azure AD administration
- Troubleshoot connectivity, permissions, and access issues
- Document processes and maintain system records
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed
Requirements
What You Bring
Must-Have:
- 1–3 years of hands-on Windows Server administration experience
- Active Directory administration experience (users, groups, Group Policy)
- Working knowledge of DNS/DHCP
- Windows 10/11 desktop support experience
- Basic PowerShell scripting familiarity
- Ability to work onsite full-time in South Florida
- Available to start immediately
Nice-to-Have:
- Office 365/Azure AD administration exposure
- Ticketing system experience (ServiceNow or similar)
- Basic networking troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN)
- Healthcare or regulated-industry IT experience
Technical Environment:
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, Office 365/Azure AD, Windows 10/11
What Success Looks Like:
- Independently handling routine AD/server administration within the first 90 days
- Reduced escalations to senior IT staff over time
- Reliable, accurate documentation of systems and changes
