Position Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support IT hardware across the facility
• Install and support both purchased and internally developed software
• Provide technical support to operations during assigned shift
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues
• Maintain and repair IT equipment as needed
• Set up and manage computer security measures
• Support and maintain company computer networks
• Provide technical support on-site and via phone or email
• Conduct routine system audits to ensure plant systems are operating effectively

Position Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or 1–3 years of IT troubleshooting experience
• A+ Certification or similar preferred
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems
• Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and other internal applications
• Experience troubleshooting multifunction and thermal printers
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or logistics environment
• Comfortable working on the warehouse floor and in a non-climate-controlled environment

Schedule/ Shift: C – CREW = Friday / Saturday 5:30AM to 4PM AND Sunday / Monday 5:30PM to 4AM

Will Train on A CREW = Monday – Thursday 5:30AM to 4PM for 30 days.

Location: Dearborn/Detroit, MI

Travel Requirements: None / On-Site

Over Time: As needed based on production support
