As an IT Technician I, you will be one of the first people employees turn to when technology is not working as expected. Your support will help keep our hotels, restaurants and business operations connected, secure and running smoothly. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build your technical skills through hands-on experience with a wide variety of systems while learning from an experienced IT team and making a visible impact across Heritage Companies.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide frontline technical support to employees on-site and remotely, resolving common hardware, software, account and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure and maintain computers, Chromebooks, mobile devices, printers and related technology.
- Document and manage service requests through Freshservice, escalating complex or high-impact issues when appropriate.
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, user accounts and access controls through Google Workspace.
- Provide initial support for POS, PMS, guest-room technology and other hospitality systems.
- Assist with network equipment, Cat6 cabling, preventative maintenance, cybersecurity tasks and technology deployments.
- Maintain accurate technology asset records, documentation and equipment inventories.
- Travel between Heritage properties to provide on-site technology support as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical education, coursework or certifications preferred.
- 2+ years of IT support, help desk or related hands-on technology experience preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, Google Workspace and basic networking.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to follow technical procedures, document work accurately and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Ability to travel between Heritage properties and work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays or overnight assignments.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and required vehicle insurance.
