Key Responsibilities: User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including staff and clients, in resolving hardware and software issues. Hardware Maintenance: Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications used within the organization, including EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems. Network Assistance: Assist in the setup and maintenance of network equipment, ensuring stable connectivity for all users. Security Awareness: Promote and enforce IT security policies and guidelines to safeguard sensitive healthcare information. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolution processes. Inventory Management: Assist in managing IT inventory, tracking equipment, and ensuring proper allocation and disposal of assets. Training: Provide basic training to users on IT systems and best practices. QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT-related field preferred). Knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems. Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities. A commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information.   Preferred Qualifications: IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST). Previous experience in a similar IT support role. Familiarity with healthcare IT systems or EHR software.
