Job DetailsJob Location: MARSHFIELD, WI 54449Position could be based out of Marshfield, Adams, or Hixton. Primary Objectives of Position: Provide exceptional technical support to ensure the smooth operation of company IT systems. Maintain a proactive approach to identify and resolve IT issues impacting user productivity. Facilitate a positive user experience by efficiently addressing technical inquiries and requests. Responsibilities of the Position: Configure and deploy new workstations for incoming employees. Set up user accounts, email access, and necessary software applications. Ensure new workstations meet company security standards and performance requirements. Implement hardware and software upgrades to existing workstations according to company guidelines. Maintain detailed documentation of upgrades performed on each workstation. Test and troubleshoot any issues arising after system upgrades. Provide technical support for employee mobile devices (phones, tablets) related to company applications and email access. Assist with mobile device configuration, security settings, and troubleshooting common problems. Maintaining knowledge of current and upcoming technologies. Performs other duties as assigned. QualificationsQualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role. Prefer an associate degree in a technology related field or equivalent years of experience. Strong understanding of computer hardware and software. Experience with user account management and windows workstation deployment. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with users. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must have a valid driver’s license and insurability. Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
