Insitu, a leader in Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), is seeking a skilled Level 2 Support Technician for a 12-month onsite contract in Bingen, WA. As a Level 2 Support Technician, you will provide IT support to end users, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions. You will ensure a high standard of customer service, act as a primary point of contact for onsite IT needs and collaborate with senior technical staff as required.


What you’ll do:

  • Respond promptly to IT service requests, providing technical support in line with company guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, delivering effective fixes and workarounds.
  • Escalate and coordinate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams or subject matter experts.
  • Document the resolution process for all help desk requests, maintaining accurate records from initial report to final solution.
  • Install, configure, repair, and replace computers, peripherals, and software.
  • Assist users in understanding system operations and resolving common technical concerns.
  • Support meetings by assisting with audiovisual (AV) setup as required.
  • Facilitate basic IT training for new employees, including workstation and account setup.

Education & Experience:

  • Associate degree in a relevant discipline and at least 1 year of professional IT experience.
  • Strong customer service focus and reliable work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Clear verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
  • Broad understanding of computers, networks, and software troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technology and software.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems
  • Experience with hardware thoroughgoing and imaging/deployment tools
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems
  • Experience supporting remote users and VPN technologies

In-Office Requirement Statement: (On-Site) This role requires hands-on work on our products/collaboration with on-site teams, and will need to work on-site full-time in Bingen, WA.
