Job DetailsJob Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80910Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $19.50 - $22.90 HourlyJob Shift: Day    Who We Are A tuition-free, open enrollment, K-12 charter school in the southeast community of Colorado Springs Preparing and empowering all of our students for success on their post-graduate paths through educational excellence, character development, and community engagement Dedicated to student proficiency through academic rigor and robust family support through the Atlas family scholarship Dedicated to our staff through offering a competitive total rewards package and providing  meaningful professional development Who We Serve 92% Socioeconomically Disadvantaged 86% Hispanic, 6% African American, 7% White, and 1% Asian 56% English Language Learners What You’ll Do Fulfill Google Workspace Administrator duties as directed by supervisor Effectively repair broken Chromebooks, screens, clamshells, batteries, etc. in a timely manner Administer the Sophos Central control panel (Atlas’ antivirus and malware program) Accurately maintain inventory of all technology using the Asset Essentials work order system Complete required set up for employee laptops and student Chromebooks in a timely manner ensuring that each is equipped with the appropriate software, management console, and printers Perform routine inspections and testing of functionality in student computer labs Complete regular inspections, repairs, and updates for desktop computers, tablets/iPads, projectors, ViewBoards, printers, copiers, etc. Assist with the ordering of technology supplies as directed by the IT Operations Manager Maintain complete printer supplies in the IT warehouse Maintain printer functionality, replace toner, staples, cleaning cartridges, and other consumables across all schools Troubleshoot and repair all basic errors on Xerox high-production printers in a timely manner Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned Compensation & Schedule  Hourly/Non-Exempt $19.50 - $22.90 per hour   Full Time; Monday – Friday; Occasional evenings as needed Benefits Approximately 3* weeks of school breaks Please note hourly positions are not annualized at Atlas and compensation is based upon actual hours worked. 80* hours of annual flex time and 48* hours of annual sick time  Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account Participation in the Colorado PERA retirement program (required in lieu of social security as a public employee) 100% Employer paid short and long-term disability benefit  100% Employer-paid life insurance benefit of $25,000 (option to purchase more) Access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program Access to thousands of employee discounts Annual Calendar and Start Date 245* work days per academic year Start Date: As Soon As Possible *Prorated if employment begins after July 1, 2025. QualificationsWho You Are Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent  Ability to pass required background screening pursuant to CRS § 22-30.5-110.7  Ability to work in person for all scheduled shifts  Possess a basic understanding and familiarity with Chromebook repair, printer maintenance, Google Workspace Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining accountability, confidence, accuracy  Exceptional skillset for problem solving, organization, time management, and attention to detail Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace   Ability to remain professional and composed under stressful situations   Desired Qualifications: Prior experience with:  Using related software platforms and work order systems (OTRS)  Asset-tracking management  Low-voltage cabling (CCTV & data)  Working in a school or nonprofit setting  Advanced knowledge with Chromebook repair and Google Workspace Administrator privileges   Basic networking knowledge related to subnetting, switches, routers, waps, firewalls, etc.   Physical Requirements Frequently sitting, standing, walking, reaching above head, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling,  crouching, or crawling  Independently and frequently lifting and/or moving at least 50 pounds   Using sufficient fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination abilities   Clear vision abilities to include distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Adhering to the policies and procedures of Atlas Schools Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this role.
