We are looking for a customer-focused IT Support Technician who enjoys problem-solving, helping others, and working in a structured, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do

Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support for local and remote users
Provide Tier 1 customer support for the RadStar product line and accompanying software
Respond to helpdesk requests via ticketing system, phone, and email
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops
Set up and configure new hire workstations
Support employee onboarding and offboarding
Manage IT equipment inventory
Provide printer support and maintain supplies
Assist with internal systems and IT projects as needed
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service

What You Bring

Experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Familiarity with Active Directory & user account management
Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting
Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour available for lunch/break time. These hours are subject to change with notice based on the needs of the business.

Work Environment

The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas, which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.

Physical Demands

Our facility includes several buildings with multiple floors which require walking up multiple sets of stairs, and outdoors to other buildings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand; walk; climb stairs; use fingers, handle or feel; and reach/pull with hands and arms. Responsibilities may involve kneeling under desks to ensure accurate connections which means successful candidates must be able to occasionally kneel and crawl.
