As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring the security and scalability of enterprise solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of our digital environment and support our organizational growth. Hours: 20 hours per week Location: Olathe, KS Responsibilities Provide technical troubleshooting support across hardware, software, and network systems to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise solutions, including SAP and microservices architectures. Support UI development and UI testing efforts to enhance user experience and interface functionality. Conduct security analysis and implement cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and comply with industry standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate system design for system development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Participate in the implementation of software updates, CI/CD pipelines, and system scalability enhancements. Support compliance initiatives by maintaining documentation and adhering to regulatory standards related to IT security. Qualifications  Experience Proven experience in IT support roles with a strong foundation in computer networking, cybersecurity, and technical troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with enterprise solutions implementation, including SAP systems and microservices architectures. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and CI/CD practices for efficient software deployment. Knowledge of system design for system development projects, emphasizing scalability and security considerations. Experience supporting UI development, UI testing, and software implementation processes within complex IT environments. Demonstrated ability to coordinate with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless project execution. Background in cyber threat analysis, compliance standards, and security best practices is highly desirable.
