Rooted in our core values of Safety, Expertise, Engagement, Caring and Motivating, and Professionalism, we distinguish ourselves through our commitment to quality, our stellar reputation, and our wealth of experience.   Job Purpose The IT Support Technician provides basic troubleshooting and help desk support to staff and systems, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and equipment. The position requires in-office work one day per week and the availability to provide on-call support during weekends. Responsibilities Provide timely IT support, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity Assist staff with technical problems both remotely and in-person Document and track support tickets to resolution Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient handling of ongoing technical issues Provide on-call technical support during weekends as needed Other duties as needed to support the IT team and operations   Qualifications 1+ years of IT support or help desk experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Basic understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Must be available for on-call work during weekends Applicants must pass a criminal background check Safe driving history - a Motor Vehicle Record check will be reviewed A positive, solution-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset   Benefits Healthy Workplace Time: 1 hour of paid sick time for each 30 hours worked accrued each pay period up to 12 days per year. 401k Retirement Benefit: Employees age 21 and up who have completed 12 months of employment and 1000 hours worked may participate in the company’s 401k retirement benefit to which the company contributes a match of up to 4% of the employee’s wages. This position is based at our Greenwood Corporate Plaza location (7951 E. If you are selected to move forward based on these qualifications, you will be asked to meet with a member of our HR team via Microsoft Teams video call for an initial 30-minute interview. Candidates that are selected to move forward are asked to submit a full job application including authorization for background check. Second round interviews will then be conducted with applicants and a Hiring Manager and/or Senior Management at the work location or virtually by request.
