Compensation: $24 - $28

Schedule (HYBRID) : Monday - Thurs 8:00am - 4:30pm in office and Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm remote 

Location: 2301 E. Allegheny Avenue, Philadelphia, PA

Chord Specialty Dental Partners, a leading provider of pediatric and orthodontic dental care, has a full-time career opportunity available for an IT Support Specialist!

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting IT operations throughout our Home Support Office and Dental Offices. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide general IT support to employees working in corporate office and in clinics
• Assisting in routine IT scheduled tasks
• Documentation of the IT environment and various operational processes
• Maintaining IT Equipment Inventory including scheduling repairs, tracking devices, and ensuring sufficient supply
• Employee onboarding / off-boarding utilizing central management platforms to plan for equipment repair and refresh
• Assisting IT management with ongoing projects and maintenance needs
• Oversee and participate in the setup of new locations
• Be diligent in protecting PHI as it relates to HIPAA Standards in IT Interfacing directly with the end-users for training, support, and guidance in all things IT
• Support RingCentral telephone system.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in MIS, Computer Science, or other related fields
• 2+ Years of progressive experience in tech support
• Technical knowledge and experience with Windows OS, Azure, anti-virus, patching, and O365 Suite
• ­Experience supporting medical or dental software is preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel to clinics and surgery centers as needed, including occasional overnight stays
• ITSM experience required
