Overview
Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for an experienced IT Support Associate / Help Desk Technician. This role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on technical support in a professional environment while supporting hardware, software, inventory, and technology projects. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, courteous end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot, repair, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Document support requests and resolutions within the Help Desk ticketing system.
- Manage IT equipment and software inventory, deployments, procurement, and invoicing.
- Assist with technology projects, budgeting, and other IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and end users to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in a rotational evening and weekend on-call schedule for emergency support.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with hardware and software.
- Basic knowledge of networking and network architectures.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
