Now Hiring: IT Support Specialist (On-Site – Memphis, TN)

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to join a growing team in Memphis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to problem solver and working directly with end users in a fast-paced environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support (in-person, phone, email)

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues

• Install, configure, and upgrade systems (Windows 11 environment)

• Support desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking

• Provide clear communication and timely issue resolution

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of IT support or technical support experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS & Microsoft Office

• Solid hardware troubleshooting skills

• Basic understanding of wired/wireless networking

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

• Strong communication and customer service mindset

Additional Info:

• Light exposure to AS400 (training provided)

• Some light travel may be required

• Ability to lift up to ~40 lbs
