We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to all employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and maintaining network systems.

- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data through regular backups, updates, and maintenance.

- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new software and hardware systems.

- Train employees on proper use of technology and provide ongoing support and guidance.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to make recommendations for improving the company's IT infrastructure.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve technical issues that may impact business operations.

- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.

- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus.
