Position: IT Support Specialist I

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Job Summary:

As an IT Support Specialist at West Shore Home, you will provide Tier I technical support for employees across the organization. You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, device provisioning, ticket triage, and resolving common hardware, software, and access-related issues.

Key Role Accountabilities:

  • Provision, modify, and deprovision accounts in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Perform password resets, account unlocks, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) resets, and licensing updates.
  • Maintain accurate asset lifecycle tracking in EZOffice for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Triage incoming IT support tickets and assign, escalate, or resolve according to SOPs.
  • Resolve Tier 1 issues involving device configuration, connectivity, software installation, and printer set up and support.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving.
