Location: Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC
Clearance required: SECRET
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Lead the IT Operations Branch and serve as the designated point of contact for all IT support functions.
Develop, maintain, and submit documentation required for the enclave’s Authorization to Operate (ATO).
Coordinate with the Government Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and ensure compliance with all cybersecurity directives and policies.
Provide technical leadership and direct oversight of IT personnel supporting mission systems.
Ensure system availability, security, and performance across the SOMTC infrastructure.
Manage incident response actions and maintain continuous cybersecurity readiness.
Oversee vulnerability assessments, risk mitigation measures, and system security improvements.
Maintain operational continuity through effective Disaster recovery and business continuity planning (DR/BCP) and execution.
Ensure adherence to all DoD information assurance, cybersecurity, and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, OR an associate degree in an IT-related field with 10 years of IT Lead experience.
Current certification meeting DCWF Information Systems Security Manager (722) at the Intermediate/Advanced proficiency level (e.g., CISSP or CISM); minimum 20 hours of continuing professional development (CPD) annually.
4 years in a formal supervisory role managing technical teams for military information systems.
Program management, including task delegation, performance tracking, and personnel development.
Overseeing complex datacenter environments such as server virtualization, network infrastructure, and storage.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
