Full job details
We are seeking an IT Support Coordinator to provide day-to-day technical support to employees across the Stoa Group. This position will work closely with the IT Operations Team Lead and serve as a primary point of contact for everyday IT needs.
The role will focus on helpdesk support, employee onboarding and offboarding, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and general technology support. This position will be based in the Carolinas and will occasionally travel throughout North and South Carolina to support locations and assist with new site openings.
What You'll Own
- Handle day-to-day helpdesk requests and provide remote and in-person support.
- Troubleshoot common computer, software, printer, account, and connectivity issues.
- Set up and deploy laptops, monitors, printers, phones, and other IT equipment.
- Complete IT-related employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with user accounts, access, passwords, and Microsoft 365.
- Maintain accurate IT equipment and asset records.
- Provide occasional on-site support throughout North and South Carolina.
- Assist with new location openings, including computers, printers, internet, Wi-Fi, and basic network equipment.
- Coordinate with internet providers and vendors when needed.
- Troubleshoot basic network and internet issues and escalate more complex problems to IT management.
- Assist the IT Operations Team Lead with additional IT projects as needed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of helpdesk, desktop support, or similar IT experience preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows computers, hardware, software, printers, and connectivity issues.
- Basic knowledge of networking, including Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and internet connectivity.
- Microsoft 365 experience preferred.
- Strong communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and know when an issue should be escalated.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout North and South Carolina as needed.
- Preferred experience with Unifi systems/Ubiquiti equipment.
