We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and clients. You will also be involved in maintaining and improving our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line technical support to staff and clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications

- Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security

- Collaborate with IT team to develop and implement new systems and technologies

- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides

- Train staff on new technologies and software applications

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
