POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, including imaging workstations and VPN troubleshooting.
Setup, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and network devices to meet Radiology Partners standards.
Troubleshoot, escalate, and coordinate complex IT issues with internal teams, including system upgrades and network installations.
Maintain detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and customer feedback via ServiceNow; manage user access, incidents, and planned/unplanned downtimes.
Provide end-user training, on-call support, and perform routine maintenance to prevent future issues; up to 25% travel required.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Health IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
Experience with PACS, radiology workflows, voice recognition systems (PowerScribe/Fluency), hardware, and network troubleshooting.
Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and remote support tools/ticketing systems.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Customer-service oriented, adaptable, self-starter, team player, fast learner, and demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
