We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees on a variety of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall IT infrastructure
- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures
- Assist with the procurement and setup of new IT equipment
- Train employees on the use of new technology and software
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure the security and integrity of company data
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization, cloud computing, and mobile devices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
