We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our internal systems and applications. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to all employees for hardware, software, and network related issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades

- Maintain documentation of IT systems and processes

- Train employees on new systems and software as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar IT support role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of healthcare systems and applications is a plus
