We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees with hardware, software, and network issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

- Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance

- Develop and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures

- Train employees on new technology and software systems

- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning effectively

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and networking concepts

- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Knowledge of healthcare industry and HIPAA compliance is a plus
