POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Support day-to-day identity and access management operations by processing user provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning activities in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Provide end-user support for authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), password resets, and other identity-related issues while ensuring timely resolution
  • Manage IAM incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, escalating complex issues as appropriate and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Support access reviews, audits, and compliance initiatives by validating user access, maintaining role-based access controls, and ensuring adherence to security requirements
  • Collaborate with IAM, IT, and business teams to improve processes, maintain documentation, and deliver secure, reliable identity and access services

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, IAM operations, service desk, systems administration, or enterprise user access management
  • Experience supporting Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, and identity management concepts including SSO, MFA, and role-based access control
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve authentication and access issues while maintaining compliance with security standards
  • Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
