IT Specialist II

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing network administrative duties including setting up new users, assisting users with network access, and resolving connection problems.  Responsible for PC installations and maintenance.  Provides hardware and network technical support to users.

• Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of network administration duties.
• Assumes responsibility for the effective and efficient performance of PC installation and maintenance.
• Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective business relations with end users and outside vendors.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Credit Union personnel and with management.
• Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
• The employee is responsible for reading and shall strictly adhere to all policies, rules and regulations, and training that have been or that may hereafter be established by or applicable to Company for the conduct of its employees, and further, Employee shall strictly adhere to all the provisions of the Company’s handbook(s).
