Aeva’s mission is to bring the next wave of perception to a broad range of applications from automated driving to industrial robotics, consumer electronics, consumer health, security, and beyond. Aeva is transforming autonomy with its groundbreaking sensing and perception technology that integrates all key LiDAR components onto a silicon photonics chip in a compact module. Aeva 4D LiDAR sensors uniquely detect instant velocity in addition to 3D position, allowing autonomous devices like vehicles and robots to make more intelligent and safe decisions.
\n- Onboard new employees. You will be the first contact for the new hires.
- Develop, identify, and improve processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Assist offices physically and or remotely using remote software such as AnyDesk.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with conference rooms and implement solutions.
- Well-rounded technical knowledge of supporting mainly MacOS and Windows11.
- Experience supporting cloud apps: GSuite, Slack, WebEx, O365, and Atlassian.
- Basic knowledge of Single Sign-ON services such as OKTA.
- Experience managing network printers and conference rooms (iPads, WebEx).
- Comfortable with Basic Linux Commands and troubleshooting.
- Experience performing hardware/software configuration and troubleshooting.
- A constant drive to improve the experience of our users and our internal processes.
- Creative problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
- The ability to balance and prioritize multiple tickets and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 LB when needed.
- Previous experience in a rapidly growing startup environment.
- Experience supporting Linux Ubuntu laptops.
- Experience with Networking and Cisco Meraki appliances: Rack and stack, and patching.
