Job description


We are a company seeking a diligent IT specialist to take care of all our IT needs. You will be responsible for installing or upgrading components, setting up software, assisting with network administration, and resolving all IT support issues.

To be successful as an IT specialist, you should have an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies. Top candidates will also have an amiable personality and an aptitude for customer service.

IT Specialist Responsibilities


  •   Installing new software and hardware components.
  • · Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demand.
  • · Assisting with network administration tasks.
  • · Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
  • · Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
  • · Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
  • · Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.

  •    Assist with maintenance and updates to the organization’s website, including content updates, troubleshooting website issues, coordinating with web developers or vendors, and ensuring site functionality and security.

  •    Help maintain online forms, integrations, and digital communication tools connected to the website.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.

  • Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a healthcare environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in healthcare or behavioral health settings.

  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare cybersecurity best practices.

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications.

  • Experience with telehealth platforms and cloud services (Azure, AWS).

  •  knowledge of HTML, website hosting, or domain management.

Work Environment

  • Office and clinical environment supporting behavioral health professionals.

  • Occasional travel between clinic locations may be required
