IT Network Engineer

Burckhardt Compression (US) Inc. is currently recruiting for the position of the IT Network Engineer.  This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity. 

This role involves configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting network issues, optimizing performance, and supporting users across various departments.  The engineer collaborates with IT teams to develop scalable solutions, enforce security protocols, and plan for future network growth. 

The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, a deep understanding of networking protocols are essential, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this position. 

Qualified candidates should possess the following combination of Education and Experience: 

• • Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology, University degree or adequate certification level.
  • Deep technical knowledge in IP networking.
  • At least 10 years' experience with LAN management and networking (Engineer level).
  • At least 10 years' experience with WAN management in international environment.
  • At least 10 years' experience in IT communication area.
  • Knowledge in communication security.
  • Certifications in networking area.
  • Experience in a multinational group (European headquarters).
  • Excellent technical skills in the networking sector, willing to learn and personal availability.
  • Fluent in business English.
  • Strong accountability, quality focus and computer literacy.
