Position Overview
Clearwater Cardiovascular Consultants (CCC) is seeking a motivated and dependable Network Engineer to join our growing Information Technology team. This position will assist with maintaining, supporting, and improving the organization’s network infrastructure across multiple clinical and administrative locations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, learning new systems, and working in a
fast-paced healthcare environment. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the organization while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and healthcare systems.
We are looking for individuals with strong technical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Formal degrees and certifications are not required for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain network infrastructure across multiple locations
- Assist with troubleshooting network, internet, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues
- Help manage switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPN connections
- Support SD-WAN, VoIP phone systems, and cloud connectivity
- Monitor network performance and assist with resolving outages or performance concerns
- Work with vendors and internal teams on IT and infrastructure projects
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and network security best practices
- Help maintain documentation related to network systems and configurations
- Support clinical and business systems used throughout the organization
- Participate in technology upgrades, deployments, and troubleshooting efforts
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to staff and providers
Qualifications
- Interest in networking, infrastructure, and technology
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Previous IT or networking experience is preferred but not required
Education & Experience
- College degree is preferred but not required
- Equivalent hands-on experience may be substituted for formal education
- Certifications are a plus but not required
- Entry-level to mid-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates strong work ethic, technical aptitude, and willingness to grow
