$120,000 - $155,000 annually plus opportunity for quarterly profit sharing bonuses depending on experience

General Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on IT Manager to lead and maintain our organization’s technology environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational setting, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day execution. Experience supporting manufacturing environments is especially valuable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Network Management: Build, maintain, and optimize the company’s network infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
Workstation Setup & Support: Configure, deploy, and maintain individual workstations, ensuring employees have the tools they need to perform effectively.
Security Oversight: Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, manage access controls, and ensure the protection of company data and systems.
Archiving & Data Management: Oversee data storage, backup, and archiving processes to ensure compliance, continuity, and recoverability.
Government Security Compliance: Maintain and enforce compliance with applicable government security standards and regulations.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support across the organization, resolving issues efficiently and minimizing downtime.
Vendor & Systems Management: Coordinate with external vendors and manage IT-related contracts, tools, and systems as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of progressive IT experience, including hands-on infrastructure and systems support.
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and workstation management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with leadership and staff.
Familiarity with government security compliance requirements is a plus.
