About the Role

Job DetailsJob Location: Ontario, OR 97914Salary Range: $40.82 - $46.75 HourlyEssential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities.  Other duties may be assigned) Plan, develop, and oversee the Information Technology department, ensuring a secure and efficient network operating environment. Carry out supervisory functions of training, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating performance of all assigned staff. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media. Manage distribution and use of equipment and electronic materials checked out to all staff. Provide overall administration of entire Lifeways’ computer network. Manage overall data connectivity between sites. Plan and ensure staff education and training. Ensure licensing and inventory for all software is necessary, renewed on time, and termed when appropriate. Oversee network security plan, including virus protection and firewall protection. Prepare and implement a disaster recovery plan for business-critical systems. Oversee development and maintenance of a company intranet site with online forms, company information and network-specific documentation. Oversee telephone system administration for all sites, make recommendations on future challenges and upgrades.
