We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead our current and future technology needs. This role is responsible for overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, and technical support while ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology services across the organization. The IT Manager will partner closely with leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives and support the company's continued growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals and long-term growth initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on technology investments, opportunities, and risks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage IT staff, vendors, and external technology partners.
Infrastructure & Operations
• Oversee daily IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, telecommunications, and end-user support.
• Ensure system availability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Manage hardware and software procurement, maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle planning.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, threats, and security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and security standards.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Project & Vendor Management
• Plan and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate technology integrations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
Data & Systems Management
• Oversee business applications, including ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools.
• Ensure data integrity, backup, retention, and recovery processes.
• Support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
Budget & Cost Control
• Develop and manage the annual IT budget.
• Evaluate technology investments and optimize vendor contracts and spending.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology.
QualificationsQualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5–10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 2–5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, multi-site operations, or industrial environments preferred.
Technical Expertise
• Network infrastructure and security.
• Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Enterprise business systems and applications.
• Cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
• Microsoft 365 administration and end-user technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
• ITIL certification.
• CISSP, CISM, Security+, or related cybersecurity certifications.
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
