Helpt is seeking multiple IT Support Agents to join the team. At Helpt we provide 24x7x365 on-shore white-labled technical support on behalf of a range of companies in MSP, Technology, and Product Support sectors whose clients rely on them for support at all hours.
Schedule:
- This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Once your schedule is assigned, you will have a consistent, fixed shift rather than a rotating schedule. Because our team operates 24/7/365, your assigned shift could include daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, or holiday hours. Your exact schedule will be confirmed prior to your start date.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently excellent, friendly, and professional service to clients and end users
- Handle inbound IT help desk and product support calls, tickets, and service requests
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently while providing clear communication, empathy, and a positive customer experience
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills (often the phone will be your only tool)
- Exhibits outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Motivated self-starter (We want to see a passion for technology and support)
- Previous experience at an MSP is major plus.
- L1 Technical Experience in a Helpdesk Environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills (Home-lab counts, tell us about yours)
- Customer service oriented (you have to be delighted by helping people)
- Familiarity with the modern Windows family of operating systems
- Familiarity with the modern Mac family of operating systems
- An innate desire to see all printers launched into the sun
