IT Helpdesk Specialist

AT Process Technologies (ATP) is a pioneering manufacturing company focused on the development and deployment of modular energetics production plants. Using breakthrough chemistry and automation that operates continuously and generates little to no waste, ATP is expanding energetics production to meet the munitions demands of the US and Allies safely, rapidly, and cost effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for hardware, software, accounts, and peripherals across the organization

• Execute onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, device enrollment, and timely access revocation

• Manage asset inventory, device imaging, patching, and hardware lifecycle

• Administer user accounts and devices in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune

• Process badge and physical access requests in accordance with ITAR and the Technology Control Plan

• Follow CUI handling procedures and maintain records that serve as compliance evidence for CMMC assessment

• Support conference room, laboratory, and shop floor equipment

• Maintain the ticketing system and knowledge base documentation

• Identify and escalate security events, and support incident response activities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in IT support or helpdesk operations

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows and macOS support

• Familiarity with MDM platforms (Intune preferred) and basic networking

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated environment (defense, aerospace, healthcare, or finance)

• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 or CMMC

• Scripting experience in PowerShell or Python

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• U.S. Person and ability to obtain a security clearance

• Ability to work on-site and travel as needed
