Who are we: Established in 1982, Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale is the largest beer wholesaler in southwest PA. Our corporate office is located in South Side with 390 employees between our two locations in Pittsburgh and Delmont.
Here’s the schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-9am, in our South Side office. This is not a remote position.
Here’s the pay: Our starting pay is $17.00 an hour.

As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software and network-related issues, providing timely support to end users and escalating complex problems as needed.
Here's more of what you will do:
Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and walk-up requests in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level IT staff or external vendors as appropriate.
Assist users with account access, password resets, and multi-factor authentication issues.
Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system checks.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and mobile devices.
Provide support for Microsoft 365 Applications.
Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
Follow IT policies, security standards, and best practices to ensure data protection and system integrity.
Maintain IT asset inventory.

QualificationsHere's what you must have to be considered for this role:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or technical support role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Requires drug screen and criminal background check.

Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 lbs.
