As the IT Director your responsibilities will include:
- Risk Management
- IT Risk Assessment

- Framework Assessment (NIST)
- Ransomware Assessment (RSTAT)

- Facilitate IT Audits/Examinations
- Conduct Vendor Management Program
- Security Awareness
- Incident Response
- Business Continuity
- Social Engineering
- Network Assessment
- IT infrastructure
- Phone System Management
- Applicable policy ownership including:
- IT
- Information Security
- Change Management
- Vendor Management
- Lead internal IT Steering Committee
- Develop and implement IT Roadmap consistent with organizational strategy
- Responsible for annual IT budget and IT project management
- Provide help desk support to users.
- Manage additional staff member/back up as well as third party managed IT provider/vendor
- Stay current on IT news through reading, education, industry networks
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5-7 years of progressive IT experience required, banking IT experience preferred
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Extensive Knowledge of Office 365, Aristotle Insight, Tandem, Tenable, KnowB4
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Dependable with strong attendance and scheduling flexibility
