Job DetailsJob Location: Mity Lite Inc - Orem, UT 84057Salary Range: $170,000.00 - $185,000.00 SalaryMITY, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of multi-purpose conference, banquet, and institutional furniture based in Orem, Utah. We're seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Information Technology to provide strategic leadership to the IT team. This role provides executive-level leadership over IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems, ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives and support scalable growth.  We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity to play a key role in driving innovation and operational excellence. Join our team and help shape the future of our technology environment. This is an onsite role providing a base pay plus bonus potential of 20%.  What You'll Oversee:  Strategic Leadership & Governance • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategic plan aligned with company objectives.  • Establish and maintain an enterprise IT governance framework.  • Advise executive leadership on technology risks and investments.   IT Operations & Infrastructure • Oversee design, implementation, and lifecycle management of IT systems (hardware, software, networks, cloud, databases).  • Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of systems.  • Lead ERP and enterprise application oversight, integrations, and upgrades.  • Manage system integrations for operational efficiency. Cybersecurity & Risk Management • Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.  • Manage enterprise-wide IT risk assessments and mitigation planning.  • Oversee incident response planning and execution.  • Manage third-party cybersecurity risk and security awareness programs.   Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery • Develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans.  • Ensure resilience through backups and redundancy strategies. Data Strategy & Analytics • Establish data governance frameworks.  • Oversee enterprise data architecture and lifecycle management.  • Support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. Financial & Budget Management • Develop and manage annual IT operating and capital budgets.  • Drive cost optimization initiatives. Project & Change Management • Oversee enterprise IT project portfolio.  • Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.  • Lead change management and user adoption strategies. Leadership & Talent Development • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing IT staff.  • Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning.  • Foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Performance Metrics &&nbspReporting • Establish KPIs including uptime, SLA compliance, project success rates, cybersecurity metrics, and user satisfaction.  • Provide regular performance and risk reporting to executive leadership.
