Summary

The IT Coordinator manages technical infrastructure, ensures data security, and supports staff with their technical issues.  


Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical assistance to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.  
  • Manager and maintain the company’s infrastructure, including computers, networks, and servers. 
  • Ensure staff can effectively use the EMR system and other specialized software.  
  • Ensure the IT environment meets all security standards and is compliant with regulations like HIPAA.  
  • Assist in planning and implementing new IT projects, such as system upgrades or new software rollouts.  
  • Other duties as assigned. 


Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required 
    • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and maintain personal auto insurance coverage. 
    • Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required. 
    • Must have a current TB test or chest x-ray. 
    • Knowledge of the requirements for providing services needed to clients.  
    • Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and CFR-42 client confidentiality regulations.  
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
    • Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as part of a team.  
    • Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines. 
    • Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
