20%. Respond promptly to help desk requests and resolve user issues professionally. Escalate appropriately when necessary.
12%. Configure, deploy, maintain, and replace computers, printers, mobile devices, scanners, and other technology.
8%. Support Microsoft 365, HBS/DMS, Kubota systems, phones, and user accounts following established procedures.
5%. Maintain workstation standards, software updates, and endpoint security.
5%. Maintain technology readiness by proactively identifying issues before they affect operations.
KRA II. Infrastructure & Systems Reliability (30%)
The dealership depends on reliable technology. We maintain the systems that keep every department operating securely and efficiently.
12%. Monitor network equipment, internet connectivity, wireless infrastructure, servers, backups, and business applications. Escalate major issues promptly.
8%. Maintain accurate IT documentation, passwords, licensing records, hardware inventory, and asset tracking.
5%. Coordinate vendors, warranty repairs, telecommunications providers, and equipment service as directed.
5%. Follow cybersecurity policies including MFA, phishing awareness, endpoint protection, and security procedures. Immediately report suspicious activity.
KRA III. Teamwork, Process Improvement & Professionalism (20%)
Technology is a service department. We communicate well, document our work, and continuously improve the way the dealership operates.
8%. Communicate clearly with employees regarding issue status, timelines, and expectations. Build trust through reliability and professionalism.
6%. Document recurring procedures, maintain the knowledge base, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work.
4%. Assist with technology projects, office moves, store openings, equipment installations, and system rollouts.
2%. Continue developing technical knowledge through training, vendor resources, and cross-training.
Qualifications
