IT Application & Desktop Support Analyst for Radiation Oncology
Analyzes user requirements and designs solutions to improve system functionality. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and test software applications, troubleshoots issues to maintain optimal performance, and documents processes for user reference. Supports end-users through inquiry resolution, monitors application performance, and recommends efficiency improvements. Coordinates with vendors for software updates and assists in the development and execution of deployment plans.
This role will be the point person for Radiation Oncology as their applications and desktop support. Have large partnership with our Medical Physicist and supporting the team with on demand IT support needs.

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma.
Minimum Experience:
3+ years' experience analyzing and supporting IT applications
Experience coordinating with vendors for updates and deployments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Mosaic and Epic applications preferred, with the ability to troubleshoot and support end users in a healthcare environment.
- Expertise in software testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
- Strong user training and support skills
- Knowledge of Oncology and Radiology Applications
- Desktop support experience
- Knowledge of servers, networks, database and interface.
