About the Role
The IT Analyst is responsible for overseeing the technical execution, systems integration, and operational efficiency of Vol Dining, VolCard, and related campus services. This role ensures seamless functionality of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, access control systems, meal plan administration, and food service operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-departmental teams, contractors, and IT personnel to deliver innovative solutions while maintaining compliance with university policies and industry standards. Availability for evening and weekend work, as well as conferences.
