Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for AI-powered support solutions and automation tools, including knowledge management, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Administer and support enterprise platforms including SharePoint, Miro, Docusign, LinkedIn Learning, Adobe Creative Cloud, SnagIt, workplace security systems, AI-powered support solutions, and other Digital Workplace technologies.
- Manage platform configuration, user access, licensing, workflows, and integrations.
- Provide advanced support for enterprise platforms, working with users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve platform performance.
- Support software licensing, renewals, vendor relationships, contracts, and budget planning activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
- Participate in platform upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting business applications, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with vendors and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience managing software licensing, subscriptions, and vendor relationships.
- Experience with AI, automation, chatbots, or knowledge management solutions.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or enterprise environment.

Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
