IT Analyst

Who We Are

At KEV, we build mission-critical financial software for K–12 schools on a massive scale. Our platform delivers real-time control and visibility into every dollar collected, whether cash, check, or digital, replacing fragmented workflows with secure, modern systems.

Trusted by 27,000 K–12 schools and districts managing over $8B annually, KEV operates at the intersection of payments, accounting, and reporting—where complexity is high and engineering excellence matters. Headquartered in Toronto with teams across North America, we are scaling fast and investing deeply in cloud-native, data-driven technology.

If you want to build high-impact SaaS products that solve hard problems, scale with purpose, and make your work matter in public education, KEV is the place to do it.

About the Role

As part of the Technology Operations group, the Information Technology Analyst keeps systems and services running smoothly across the organization, with a focus on corporate IT support. You'll administer our Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune environment, manage our growing portfolio of SaaS applications, provide hands-on hardware and software support to corporate end users, and keep our IT documentation and processes current and useful.

How You’ll Contribute

• Provide first- and second-level hardware and software support for laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications — in person and remotely

• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) — user accounts, licensing, groups, and security settings

• Manage Azure and Entra ID — identity, conditional access, MFA, and single sign-on for corporate applications

• Enroll, configure, and secure Windows, macOS, and mobile devices with Microsoft Intune — compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployment

• Own the SaaS application lifecycle — evaluate, provision, integrate, monitor usage, manage renewals, and deprovision

• Procure, image, deploy, and maintain end-user hardware, network, and software components

• Assess our information systems, identify gaps, test new technologies, and lead upgrade and migration projects

• Respond promptly to IT service requests, support employees across the company, and prioritize issues within defined SLAs

• Maintain IT documentation and create end-user how-to guides and knowledge base content

• Gather and analyze data to diagnose problems with computer systems

• Maintain hardware asset inventory and track SaaS and software licenses, renewals, and spend

• Manage onboarding and offboarding — account provisioning, device setup, and access removal across Microsoft 365 and SaaS applications

• Integrate systems and automate common tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual error

Who You Are
