IT Administrator

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced IT Administrator to oversee IT infrastructure, system administration, and data security for a fast-paced organization. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth technical operations, supporting end-users, and enforcing IT compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues onsite and remotely.
  

• Manage account provisioning, access control, and device setup for employee onboarding and offboarding.
  

• Administer and support core platforms including Google Workspace, Microsot Applications, Saas.
  

• Maintain IT documentation and ticketing.
  

• Monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable performance of laptops, servers and mobile devices.
  

• Recommend and implement improvements for IT systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  

• 2+ years of IT administration or similar technical support role.
  

• DataClear Certification (or equivalent) required.
  

• Knowledge of IT security frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $95,000 – $125,000, based on experience and qualifications.
