At Bank Five Nine, we're dedicated to making lives better - for our customers, our communities, and our employees. We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Help Desk Specialist I to join our team and provide top-notch technical support.
What You'll Do:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and phone equipment.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Perform routine computer maintenance and clean-up tasks.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve technical problems.
What We're Looking For:
Must-haves:
- Associate's degree or ongoing college-level coursework in a computer-related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Previous help desk troubleshooting experience.
- The ability to work on-site at our headquarters in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience working in a help desk capacity, preferably in the banking industry.
