About the Role

Job DetailsJob Location: Anaheim-CL Branch - Anaheim, CA 92808Salary Range: $35.00 - $40.00 HourlyEssential Job Duties/Responsibilities:   The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities as requested. Job duties may change as required by needs of the company. Commitment to and behavior modeling of the Company’s Core Values Observable display of a sense of urgency in the execution of duties Provides technical support to the corporate office, as well as its offsite locations via telephone, web or at the office location. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to: Desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Operating systems (Windows, macOS) Common applications (Microsoft 365, email, browsers, line-of-business apps) Works independently to solve technical product issues and answer product configuration questions. Develop solutions for desktop problems/issues. Manages multiple customer issues and projects simultaneously, provides quick responses and meets deadlines. Regular on-site attendance Other duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   High school diploma required Prior technical coursework in computer related field MS Office skills Familiarity with Azure AD / Entra ID Experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot provisioning Administration experience with Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive MS desktop and service systems, including Windows, Windows Server, etc. 1-2 years of technical support experience in data networks Prior experience with Encompass Banker Edition and Vonage phone system program desired Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Effective business writing, time management and organizational skills Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems Strong customer service and project management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to prioritize workload while meeting deadlines
