The Enterprise Client Systems Administrator supports the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint technologies and ancillary applications that support Woodforest client devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and virtual desktop environments. This position focuses on operational support, platform administration, software and operating system deployments, troubleshooting, compliance remediation, documentation, automation, and project participation across the enterprise endpoint environment.

Key Responsibilities:
·  Administer, support, maintain, and improve assigned enterprise endpoint technologies and ancillary applications supporting desktops, laptops, tablets, and virtual desktop services.
·  Monitor platform health, review daily operational status, perform routine health checks, and address conditions that could affect stability, availability, security, or user experience.
·  Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated endpoint incidents, performance issues, deployment failures, and client infrastructure problems using established procedures and engineering practices.
·  Perform routine administration of endpoint management, virtual desktop, content distribution, remote support, asset protection, and related client platforms under established standards and guidance.
·  Package, test, deploy, and validate software, configuration changes, operating system updates, and endpoint remediations across supported environments.

Competencies Required
·  Working understanding of enterprise endpoint technologies, VDI, AVD, and virtualized desktop environments.
·  Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, PowerShell, and related endpoint services.
·  Developing administration and troubleshooting skills with Omnissa Horizon, VMware vSphere, AVD, or comparable virtual desktop platforms.
·  Understanding software packaging and deployment, content distribution, endpoint configuration, user personalization, device lifecycle, and operating system servicing concepts.
·  Ability to follow technical standards, change-management processes, security requirements, and documented operational procedures.
·  Strong customer service, communication, and technical writing skills, with the ability to explain technical information to audiences with varying levels of understanding.
·  Organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage workload, meet commitments, and prioritize competing tasks in a results-oriented environment.
·  Self-starter who can work independently on defined responsibilities while collaborating effectively within a team-based engineering environment.
·  Resourceful problem solver with analytical skills for identifying, documenting, and resolving incidents and recurring issues.
·  Ability to continuously develop technical skills and apply new technologies, tools, and processes that improve endpoint management and operational effectiveness.
·  Flexibility to provide occasional after-hours or weekend support based on business needs.
 

Minimum Qualifications/Experience
·  Minimum two years of relevant hands-on experience supporting, administering, or troubleshooting enterprise endpoint technologies, desktop infrastructure, client systems, device management platforms, or virtual desktop environments.
·  Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.

Formal Education & Certification 
·  Associate’s degree in Technology, Information Systems or related field; OR an equivalent amount of technical certification courses required.
