Location: On-Site | 4900 Daggett Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110
Job Summary: The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that an organization’s computers, software, and related technology run smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware or software systems
- Consulting with users over the phone or in person to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Document technical support procedures through ticketing system
- Setup and configure workstations with computers and other necessary equipment
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- 2 years’ experience with the following: Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows 10, Windows Server (bonus), SharePoint, Desktop Support, Help Desk
- Previous experience in IT or related field
- Associate’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
