Your role in our mission
- Respond to incoming calls from members regarding their SoonerCare applications and the MySoonerCare member portal.
- Assist members with PINs, usernames, passwords, and other account-access concerns.
- Provide customer service and technical support in both Spanish and English.
- Guide members through the online application process in a clear, patient, and professional manner.
- Help members identify and address basic computer, browser, or system compatibility issues affecting portal access.
- Accurately document member interactions and follow established procedures.
- Protect confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies and applicable guidelines.
- Follow all departmental policies, procedures, quality standards, and service expectations.
- Collaborate with team members and support partners to resolve member concerns effectively.
What we're looking for
- Strong customer service skills; previous help desk or call center experience is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required, including clear verbal communication in both languages.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate and multitask across multiple applications.
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, colleagues, and support partners.
What you should expect in this role
- This position is on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
- Qualified candidates may be contacted by a Gainwell recruiting team located in another state.
- Job duties and responsibilities may change based on business and operational needs.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
