Position: AWS Cloud Engineer
Term: 6-month contract with renewal option
Compensation: Pay = $75/Hr - $78/Hr
Location: On Site 4 days a week Tampa, FL DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE STATE OF FL
Work Authorization: ONLY GC with Permanente residency and USC
Education: HS Only
Scope: Strong AWS infrastructure knowledge with hands-on experience in IaC, Terraform, DevOps, automation, networking, and security.
Experience:
- AWS Compute & Storage – EC2, S3, EBS, load balancing
- AWS Networking – VPCs, Transit Gateway, Route 53, Direct Connect, VPN, hybrid connectivity
- AWS Governance & Security – Organizations, Control Tower, IAM, Security Hub, GuardDuty
- IaC & Automation – Terraform, Git, CI/CD, AWS CLI, Python/PowerShell
- Operations & Monitoring – CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Systems Manager, AWS Backup
- Identity & Access – IAM, SSO/federation, cross-account access, MFA
- Architecture – AWS CAF, Well-Architected Framework, landing zones, resiliency and cost optimization
- Nice to have: Azure, Ansible, Kubernetes/EKS, and FinOps experience
