Torch Technologies is seeking highly skilled IT Specialists to support the 96 TW at Eglin AFB, FL.
As an IT Specialist your duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Administer cloud and on-premises technologies including Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, OneDrive, and Intune.
Create, configure, and maintain virtual and physical machines in a multi-platform environment.
Provide advanced technical support and respond to escalated service requests.
Troubleshoot and remediate hardware, software, and system issues.
Monitor system performance, identify trends and problem areas, and ensure issues are resolved through established support processes.
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure services meet operational requirements for internal and external customers.
Support evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies and future IT initiatives.
Maintain complete and accurate operational support documentation.
Utilize ticketing systems to document, track, and report customer and system issues through resolution.
Communicate project status and support activities effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Exercise sound judgment and discretion in daily operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship
Level 1 - BS Degree
Level 2 - BS in applicable field and up to 3 years of experience
Level 3 - BS in applicable field and 3-10 years of experience
Level 4 - BS or MS in applicable field and 10+ years of experience
Must be able to obtain a Secret DoW Security clearance with active investigation. Must be able to maintain required clearance.
